Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Diamondback tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
